About Me

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Natural Therapeutic Specialist, Professional Member of the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) and an RYT 200 Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance).
My passion for massage and education in combination with an intuitive approach are what help me to tailor every treatment specifically to each client!
I have certified in my modalities including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, Hot Stone, Hot Bamboo, Pre-Natal Massage and several others. I also integrate Young Living Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils (diffusing and topically) stretching and Polarity Therapy into my sessions to further deepen relaxation and bring balance to the body.
I graduated from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2003 and worked in the area for 5 years before returning home and starting my practice in Marquette, Michigan. Massage Therapy is something that I am very passionate about and I absolutely love what
I do. My ultimate goal is to provide my clients with a great experience and to educate them
about their body and the importance of using massage therapy as a tool for ultimate health.
Furthering my education is something that I believe is extremely important! I have attended
many continuing education classes and massage conventions. Education is key to bettering
my craft and in turn I can offer more to my clients.
As of October 2019 I finished my studies through the California College of Ayurveda furthering my knowlege in holistic healing and obtaining my Ayurvedic Health Counselor 1 Certification. I am currently studying to become a Certified Aromatherapist and plan to incorporate more of this into my consults.
